Skywatch: First Contact is an independent game operated by Harvey Whiting. These terms cover the website and related services. Read the privacy policy for how information is handled.

Website and App Store versions

The browser game is free to play. An iOS App Store download is a separate, paid-upfront product: the App Store shows the applicable price, currency, taxes, supported devices and availability before purchase. Purchasing the app is not a subscription. No in-app purchases are currently planned.

For an app obtained through Apple's App Store, the Apple Standard EULA governs the app licence unless a different EULA is displayed on its listing. This page does not replace that licence or Apple's purchase terms. For a purchase or refund request, use Apple's purchase support. Nothing here limits applicable consumer rights, including rights to remedies for faulty digital content.

Your game and saves

Play for personal entertainment. Local progress is stored on your device; clearing website data or deleting the app can remove it. Cloud features are available only where the version you use offers them. The iOS app requires Google or Apple sign-in when connected. Offline play is available without a first sign-in while the internet is unavailable, and signed-in players can continue from local checkpoints offline. Native synchronization resumes when connected; differing campaigns require an explicit choice. Website campaigns can be imported into the app but are not continuously mirrored back from native play.

We work to preserve saves across updates, but storage failures, interrupted operations and incompatible versions can cause problems. Keep any available backups and contact support before deleting data when troubleshooting. Online services can be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.

Accounts and acceptable use

Where sign-in is offered, use only an account you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to access other players' data, bypass security, overload the service or use it unlawfully. We may restrict service access when reasonably necessary to address abuse or security risks, subject to applicable law.

You can request deletion of account and cloud data as described in the privacy policy.

Gameplay recordings and ownership

You may share links, screenshots and gameplay recordings, stream your play and review the game. Do not imply official endorsement or distribute the game's models, textures, animation, music or other source assets separately.

Copyright 2026 Harvey Whiting. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their applicable licences. Permission to show gameplay does not transfer ownership of those materials.

Skywatch is not affiliated with or endorsed by another game's publisher or rights-holder.

Availability and responsibility

Features may develop over time. We do not promise that online services will be uninterrupted or that every device configuration will work. Any exclusion or limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not override the applicable App Store licence or mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We will update the date above when these terms change and communicate material changes through the game or website. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
