Reporting a problem

Please include your device, operating system, browser or app version, what happened and what you expected. A screenshot and the steps that led to the problem help us investigate. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

Protect your progress

If a save fails, keep the game open and check available device storage. Do not clear website data or uninstall the app while troubleshooting: that can remove locally stored campaigns.
